Stillness


What is Stillness?   

Probably a good question these days.    Stillness is the place where you come to be comfortable in your own skin.   Your body is at ease with its surroundings and its shape.   Your breath follows your body into stillness ... not holding your breath ... breath just becoming still and easy.

Then the magical thing happens!!!   Your mind becomes still too.   Not an absence of thought.   That doesn't happen.  This is again a comfortable place where thoughts stop tugging at you and your mind is at ease.

Even in the midst of great chaos in the world .... wishing you Stillness!!!
