Letting Go ...

Try something really difficult today.   Try letting go.

In your Yoga practice, let go of your limitations.   Let go of the ideas you have about how flexible you are, how strong you are, and start fresh.

Let go of things that aren't serving you well, and pick up on things that do serve you well.

In your coming week, let go of your limitations.   Let go of the ideas you have about how busy you are, how stressed about Life you are, and start fresh.

Let go of things that aren't serving you well, and pick up on things that do serve you well.

Let go of the Negatives everywhere ... let go of the Tension in your mind and in your body, especially your face!!!

Smile a LOT!!!
