If we think of Balance as a static thing, we miss the whole idea of Balance .
Balance is a moving in and out of comfort, in and out of ease, in and out of stillness.
Balance is about learning to live peacefully with the constant Changes and Exchanges that go on.
Things come into our lives, and things go out of our lives. Balance is restored.
Yoga practice comes with ease some days and other days there seems to be a struggle. But tomorrow will be different. Balance is restored.
