Love it!! I am very,very thankful for My Yoga Teacher. You have heard of that teacher who brought his students "from crayons to perfume" from To Sir With Love 60's? song. Well my teacher has brought me from aches and pains to thankyou very much and from braces and canes to walking up stairs using both legs one after the other. Soon she will have brought me to getting out off a chair saying "Look Mom No Hands". She has also brought me from too many sad days to finding the ground beneath those chakras and feeling life in a whole new way. So yes I am very very Thankful for you Kate and Yoga together.
